This 7-day schedule includes carefully selected drinks to support metabolism, digestion, and hydration as part of a healthy weight loss routine.

These are some of my favourites and of course you can mix and match or swap out if you have a personal preference

I personally enjoy Match and Green Tea and don’t like Black coffee that much

  • Morning: Green Tea with Lemon
  • Mid-Morning: Cucumber-Mint Detox Water
  • Afternoon: Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
  • Evening: Ginger-Lemon Water

Day 2

  • Morning: Matcha Green Tea Latte (Unsweetened)
  • Mid-Morning: Cinnamon & Honey Detox Water
  • Afternoon: Black Coffee (Plain)
  • Evening: Fennel Tea

Day 3

  • Morning: Green Tea with Lemon
  • Mid-Morning: Protein Shake (Low-Carb)
  • Afternoon: Ginger-Lemon Water
  • Evening: Cucumber-Mint Detox Water

Day 4

  • Morning: Black Coffee (Plain)
  • Mid-Morning: Pineapple-Turmeric Smoothie (Light)
  • Afternoon: Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
  • Evening: Fennel Tea

Day 5
